Manchac Plantation website contains information about our neighborhood association and local resources. We are located on Old Perkins Road near Bayou Manchac in Prairieville. Access to the interstate, shopping and restaurants is very convenient. Our community was established in the mid 1990's with custom homes built on spacious lots. Homes range from brand new to 20+ years.
Our children attend the Ascension Parish excellent schools. We have an active homeowners' association with a volunteer Board of Directors, as well as many individuals committed serving to make Manchac Plantation a safe and enjoyable place to live.
